Corporate Officer Job Opportunity
We are seeking a Corporate Officer to join our team in Luxembourg.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role and possess strong organizational skills, ability to meet deadlines, and excellent communication skills.
In this position, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of SPVs, including organizing board meetings, reviewing and drafting documents, and liaising with third parties such as lawyers, banks, and notaries.

Key Responsibilities:
* Organize and manage board meetings and ensure accurate minutes are kept.
* Review and draft various documents such as resolutions, agreements, and contracts.
* Liaise with third-party professionals to ensure seamless project execution.
Requirements:
You must have at least 3 years of experience as a Corporate Officer in a similar environment in Luxembourg, such as a fiduciary, PFS, or asset manager.
