German Social Media & Community Manager
German Social Media Platform Content Planning & Execution (IG/Facebook/TikTok)
* Responsible for daily content planning, publishing, and operation of Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok in the German market.
* Develop content themes, columns, and posting rhythms (e.g., parenting knowledge, real mom stories, product usage scenarios, midwife/expert perspectives) aligned with brand positioning and local German culture.
* Coordinate content production (copywriting, images, short videos) to ensure language, context, and expression meet the habits of local German users.
* Track content performance (engagement rate, reach, CTR, etc.) and continuously optimize content direction.
* Collaborate with influencers/KOLs/partners on content synergy (e.g., reposts, UGC, campaign content).
German Regional Community Management
* Manage mom/family-related communities in the German market (e.g., Facebook Groups, private communities).
* Build and maintain a healthy, active, and valuable community atmosphere.
* Daily community content operation: topic design, interaction guidance, user Q&A, and feedback collection.
* Deeply understand the needs of German mom users and form a closed loop with brand, product, customer service, and marketing teams.
* Assist in planning online activities (AMAs, expert sharing, community co-created content, etc.).
Weekly Data Reporting & Summary
* Output weekly German social media & community operation reports, including but not limited to:
* Content performance analysis (top-performing content, reasons for underperforming content)
* Community growth and activity
* User feedback and insights (pain points, keywords, potential opportunities)
* Actionable optimization suggestions based on data, not just reviews.
Requirements
Must-Have
1. Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Communication, Media, Social Sciences, or related fields.
2. Native or near-native German proficiency (C1+), capable of independent content creation and community communication.
3. English proficiency as a working language.
4. 2–5 years of experience in social media/community operation, with German market experience preferred.
5. Familiar with the content mechanisms and basic data logic of Instagram/Facebook/TikTok.
Nice-to-Have
1. Experience in maternal and child/women's health/family/Lifestyle-related industries.
2. Experience operating local German brands or in the DACH region.
3. Ability to independently complete simple short video scripts or content planning.
4. Understanding of or interest in German parenting culture, midwifery system, and mom communities.
