Your team
You are part of the marketing team (currently 10 members, including interns and working students) and will report to the Marketing Director, based in Paris.
The mission of the marketing team is to understand our clients' needs (CMO, Media Director, planners and traders...), to provide our sales with the right materials (narratives, insights, data) to engage with them and to make sure the materials are understood (sales enablement). To do so, we also collaborate with several departments (sales, communication, supply, product...).
You'll be responsible for the 'Insights & Research Marketing' which allows RTL AdAlliance to position itself on the market as insights driven partner. Most of the team members are based in Paris but are coming from different countries (Italy, Portugal, India...). We are a truly European group and therefore our work language is English.
Your Responsibilities
* Understand the underlying data, create actionable insights and present them convincingly.
* Responsibility, in collaboration with manager, for our annual studies: TVKF and The New Life of the Living Room and present the findings during adhoc client meetings, local events or conferences in several European markets.
* Contact person for media industry topics (Attention, measurement...) and for sharing the knowledge on those topics internally or based on client’s needs.
* In close collaboration with other Marketing colleagues, make sure that the Marketing department is customer-centric, meaning that we understand the needs of the different stakeholder sales are in touch with (CMO, media director, traders etc.)
* Gather and deliver data insights for presales: Competitor analysis (ad spend), Consumer insights, Client studies (BLS…).
* People management : 1 FTE (Insights Manager, in charge of the client studies) and 2 working students
Your profile
At least 4 years in a media-related position - Agency and/or Advertiser side. Good understanding of the challenges of the media industry and a passion for media.

* Skill & Experience to represent the company at conferences (public speaking)
