Aufgaben
SAP consulting is firmly anchored in MHP’s DNA - we create space for modern digitalization solutions and continuously develop our SAP portfolio. As a (Senior) Consultant SAP SuccessFactors (f/m/d), you play a key role in advancing our projects and are responsible for the successful implementation of innovative solutions.
The following tasks await you:
* Leading design sessions with the client, translating business requirements into technical solutions and giving guidance to the client on the solution best practices.
* Taking the lead in the implementation and configuration of SuccessFactors modules, including business process analysis, system technical setup, guiding client testing sessions and supporting the development of more junior colleagues.
* Providing post-go-live support, user training, and system/process documentation.
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and becoming a trusted advisor in HR transformation and system implementation.
Anforderungen
* A completed degree or at least 2-3 years of professional experience in consulting and familiar with best practice solution and methodology, to approach the design session with the expected level of quality.
* Passion for consulting, as well as for stakeholder management.
* Expertise in SAP SuccessFactors and/or SAP SuccessFactors Certification is a plus (ideally EC / REC / ONB).
* A working style is characterized by confident presence as a trusted advisor and representative for clients and internal teams.
Important Information Before Departure:
* Start: By agreement - always at the beginning of a month
* Working hours: Full-time (40h); 30 vacation days

* Language: Fluent in English & German at least B2
