We are looking for a (Director) Omnichannel Delivery. The position is located in the Digital Commercial Excellence Platform Team, part of the Commercial Business Services - Care Enablement function. PURPOSE AND SCOPE: Develop and refine the omnichannel delivery strategy by overseeing the technology stack, ensuring timely deliveries for omnichannel campaigns and providing leadership and guidance to the Omnichannel Delivery team. PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop and refine the omnichannel delivery strategy including the further development of the existing omnichannel ecosystem with specific focus on digital marketing, events, landing pages, hybrid interactions, 3D model rooms and social media. Strategic development and global implementation of the respective technology stack (CRM sales and marketing module, CMS, etc.) in alignment with relevant stakeholders and external service providers Responsibility for team deliveries (respecting quality, time and budget) by ensuring smooth omnichannel promotional activities through on-time implementations. Actively promote, drive and support the implementation of omnichannel campaigns on a global scale across the entire product portfolio by fostering a cross-functional collaboration among different departments and teams, including marketing, communication, brand managers, sales training, IT as well as the local sales organizations. Identify country-specific requirements and facilitate / lead the process to meet these requirements while harmonizing them with the global setup where possible Expand and grow responsibility scope of the position as needed (e.g. when it comes to social media or corporate website presence) by building a strong network with local and global stakeholders across the company Track the effectiveness of promotional campaigns - leveraging among others the existing CRM systems - by defining and tracking defining specific KPIs and making data-driven decisions to improve the overall success Guide, develop and lead the u201cOmnichannel Deliveryu201d team EDUCATION AND REQUIRED CREDENTIALS: University degree in business administration, marketing, e-commerce, supply chain management, or a related discipline EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS : 10yrs of marketing and/or sales experience, preferably in the healthcare / medtech industry 4yrs of leadership experience in a global project environment Functional knowledge Track record of successful team management Strong knowledge about sales processes Track record of successful omnichannel campaign setup and implementation Proven (agile) project management skills Business process modelling abilities Required personal competencies Strong and effective communicator across functions and job levels Flexibility Teamwork IT affinity and know-how (cloud, mobile/web, digital health) Customer- and quality-centric workstyle Assertiveness Communication skills Structured, systematic and analytical thinking and working IT skills Advanced knowledge in common office software (MS Office, MS Teams) Experience with CRM (e.g. MS Dynamics, Salesforce) and Content Management Systems software (e.g. Veeva) Experience with data analytics tools such (e.g. Power BI) Languages Excellent command in spoken and written:English, additional languages (especially Italian, Spanish, French, German) are considered a plus
