To strengthen our team in the area of Technical Services at the Trier hub, we are looking for a Technical Services Manger (m/f/d) in permanent employment.
As a Technical Services Manager you will be responsible to establish and specify primary processing parameters for product prototyping and later commercial manufacturing, including scale up and roll out of new process technologies for Conventional and Reduced Risk Products, hence contribute to the implementation of newly developed products.

Set up and provision of primary processing parameter and specifications for Conventional and Reduced Risk Products and process control to R&D and GSC to ensure product quality and consistency for prototype and commercial manufacturing in respective factories
Cooperate with GSC by designing new lines with providing respective processing requirements, specifications and support for process control in JTI factories
Provide support in technical solving (i.e. pre or start-up production for new or modified blends) to ensure product quality in JTI factories and licensees
Optimize the manufacturing process through the analysis of process data to improve the quality and further development of the primary process
University degree (Bachelor or higher), preferably in Engineering or equivalent education
At least 5 years of business practice in the tobacco industry (or FMCG industry) in an international environment
Fluency in both written and spoken English
