Job Description
The Procurement Officer plays a pivotal role in the Marketing Division, focusing on the preparation and drafting of contractual and procurement documentation.
Responsibilities:
* Procurement Services
o Supports the creation and review of Calls for Tenders (CFTs) under existing Framework Agreements, including internal documents such as Procurement Request Forms and Contract Pre-Signing Notes.
o Assists in drafting and reviewing all documentation for CFTs in upcoming open/public procurement procedures.
o Utilizes procurement tools like Mercell to manage sourcing activities efficiently.
* Contract Governance & Stakeholder Liaison
o Conducts thorough contract compliance checks.
o Assists in developing and maintaining contract templates.
o Coordinates with internal stakeholders to submit documentation and incorporate feedback effectively.
o Liaises with external providers to exchange contractual documentation seamlessly.
* Performance Monitoring & Reporting
o Monitors timelines to ensure contracts are signed on schedule.
o Performs quality reviews of internal documentation and materials submitted by external providers.
Qualifications
A minimum of three years' relevant professional experience in procurement processes and contractual documentation is required. Knowledge of public procurement regulations is advantageous.
