Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly presentable and motivated Personal Assistant (female) to support our executive team. The ideal candidate is fluent in English and German, has a background in health or healthcare-related fields, and brings strong communication and organizational skills. This role involves international travel and engagement with high-level stakeholders across Europe, the Middle East, and beyond.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide executive-level administrative and organizational support.
* Manage schedules, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
* Accompany and support the executive team during international business travel.
* Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders in both English and German.
* Support project management tasks across health and innovation projects.
* Prepare and proofread professional documents, presentations, and reports.
* Maintain confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism in all interactions.
Requirements:
* Fluent in English and German (spoken and written).
* Background in healthcare, medical, or life sciences (education or work experience).
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong organizational and project management abilities.
* Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
* Professional appearance and demeanor.
* Flexibility to travel internationally on a regular basis.
* Ability to work independently and under pressure.
