Head of Health & Safety / Quality Assurance (m/f/d)
Your Responsibilities:
* Monitoring and ensuring compliance with workplace safety and health regulations
* Carrying out inspections, checks, and internal audits
* Responsibility for quality assurance in ongoing operations
* Training employees on quality‑ and safety‑related topics
* Collaboration with production, engineering, and external service providers
Your Profile:
* Completed degree in engineering or technical vocational training with further qualification as a technician/master
* Professional experience in occupational safety and quality assurance
* Knowledge of relevant standards (e.g., ISO 9001, Occupational Health and Safety Act, IATF, ISO 14001)
* Sense of responsibility and assertiveness
* Team player with a structured working style
* Excellent German language skills, spoken and written
