This senior leadership role is critical to continuously optimizing our commercial operations, enhancing market competitiveness, and achieving revenue targets.Develop and implement commercial operational strategies aligned with company goalsOptimise sales processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and customer experienceCollaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business success and ensure alignment and support for commercial initiativesCreate and manage budgets, including quarterly and annual planning, while monitoring financial performance to identify revenue-generating as well as cost-saving opportunities and propose solutionsMake data analytics available to the business, create and monitor KPIs to support strategies and initiatives, and present insights and recommendations to senior leadershipDevelop and support the effective use of corporate Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Sales Automation systems, implement best practices and procedures, and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirementsCreate a balanced and effective compensation plan aligned with company objectives and sales dynamics, supporting Sales Leadership to set individual quotas based on performance expectations and continuously evaluating team performance against these targetsPrepare systems and processes for tracking and reporting on the incentive plan to ensure it is effectively implemented and operationalize and collaborate with members from sales, finance, HR, and operations to achieve these goalsDevelop and mentor leaders within the organization, foster a positive work environment and promote individual staff growthNice to have: Experience in CRM migration and set up of end to end lead to cash processDevelop and foster relationships in a matrix organisation across all business functionsRequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferredMinimum of 10-15 years of experience in commercial operations, strategy, business development, or related fields in an international SaaS companyProven track record of success as senior leader within a fast-paced and dynamic environmentStrong strategic thinking and problem-solving skillsExcellent leadership and team management abilitiesExceptional communication, presentation and interpersonal skillsDemonstrated ability to drive results and achieve business objectivesProficiency in financial analysis and budget managementDeep understanding of market dynamics and competitive landscapesWhat we offerOnsite Onboarding in our HQ office for an optimal startGreat compensation and benefits packages including company achievement bonus or sales bonus, company stocks and regular salary reviewsPremiums for the private pension plan (BAV) up to the maximum amount are topped up byTeamViewerPublic transport friendly officesOption tolease an e-bike(Germany only)Special terms for local gymsAccess toCorporateBenefitsplatformwith manydiscountsRegularTeam eventsand company-wide celebrationsOpen door policy, no dress code rules, frequent all Hands and Leadership LunchesHybrid andFlexiblework time with up to 50% home officeWork From Abroad Program allowing up to 40 days of work outside your contracting countryWe celebratediversityas one of core values, join and drive one of the c-a-r-e initiatives together with us!TeamViewer is an equal opportunities employer and is committed to building an inclusive culture where everyone feels welcome and supported.
