1. Preparation of annual planning and interim forecasts for the NSC cost centers
2. Monitoring and analysis of financial data (P&L and balance sheet) as well as support of the managing director and business unit manager with ad hoc inquiries
3. Support out monthly closing activities, in particular the preparation of financial statements (according to IFRS and HGB) and reports on budget deviations for the NSC
4. Monthly local and global reporting as well as proactive management of all relevant operational KPIs, in particular deviation analyses between actual / budget / forecast of costs and corresponding cost drivers
5. Calculation and controlling of NSC service fees
6. Support of the HGB individual financial statements of the NSC companies and main contact for the auditors
7. Support with cross-functional projects; independent implementation of cross-functional projects in the area of reporting and controlling processes
8. Ensuring compliance with internal and external guidelines (compliance)
Qualifikationen
9. Successfully completed business studies (ideally with a focus on accounting), or relevant commercial training with many years of professional experience
10. Several years of relevant professional experience with corresponding skills and experience in accounting or financial controlling
11. Experience in a global environment with corresponding reporting knowledge to the parent company is an advantage
12. Very good knowledge of accounting (HGB/IFRS)
13. Very analytical and structured approach; ability to quickly familiarize with new areas, ability to think abstractly and at the same time enthusiasm for details
14. Reliability, communication skills, process-oriented and cross-functional perspective
15. High level of self-motivation and commitment as well as creativity in problem solving
16. Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office; knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics AX and IBM Cognos is an advantage
17. Very good German and conversational English skills
