Requirements Do what you love: AI Roadmap Execution & Automation Strategy: Develop and operationalize a clear AI roadmap focused on identifying automation opportunities across business processes. Align initiatives with IT strategy and business goals. Technical Problem Solving & Solution Design : Analyze inefficiencies and procedural bottlenecks. Design and prototype AI-driven automation solutions using a solid understanding of development principles and system architecture. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Requirements Engineering: Partner with business units to gather requirements, assess feasibility, and co-create automation solutions that deliver measurable impact. Translate business needs into technical specifications. Technology Evaluation & Adoption : Scout emerging AI and automation technologies. Lead pilots and proof-of-concepts to validate technical fit and business value before scaling adoption. Project Delivery & Technical Oversight : Manage AI and automation projects from concept to deployment. Ensure timely delivery, code quality, and integration with existing systems. Collaborate with developers and data scientists as needed. AI & Automation Governance : Promote ethical and compliant use of AI and automation tools. Ensure adherence to data privacy regulations, internal policies, and industry standards.
