We are seeking a Senior Interior Designer with strong creative and technical expertise to join our in-house design studio here at Numa. In this role, you will lead the development of project concepts from early-stage feasibility through to execution, collaborating with cross-functional teams internally and external partners to deliver considered, brand-aligned interiors. About the role: Collaborate with our Head of Design and regional Design Managers to develop and deliver an on brand project aesthetic relevant to the market, city, neighbourhood and guest demographic across Europe. Take responsibility for the design development, design team and timelines on projects. Work with Real Estate, Revenue and Operations teams at project infancy to develop a space programme specific to each market. Collaborate with regional Project Managers to ensure design delivery aligns with design intent and meets the quality expected. Review and approve construction documentation and specifications from external landlords, architects and contractors. Prepare tender sets for project FFE scope - FFE layouts, drawings and specifications. Align with the procurement team to ensure proposals meet budget targets. Manage and collaborate with external FFE delivery partners Conduct site visits as required to support project execution and ensure design integrity. Support ongoing initiatives from our in-house R&D team, contributing to FF&E refinements and the development of new brand concepts. About you: Minimum 5 years of professional experience in interior design, preferably within the hospitality sector. Strong proficiency in Revit is essential. Experience with Enscape is desirable but not essential. Fluent in English; German language skills are a strong plus. Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, Architecture, or a related field. Proven ability to deliver high-quality guest-centric design solutions. Experience mentoring junior designers. Capable of leading multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. A self-starter with a collaborative mindset and a proactive, hands-on attitude.
