THE JOB
As a Brand Designer (m/f/d) at mute-labs and Berlin Acoustics, you’ll play a key role in shaping how our brands are visually experienced across all touch points. From campaign visuals and social media assets to digital formats and printed materials - you’ll translate two distinct brand identities into clear, compelling, and consistent design.
mute-labs is a performance marketing-driven brand, so it’s essential that you have solid experience in crafting high-converting performance ads for relevant social media platforms. Berlin Acoustics, on the other hand, requires a broad range of highly aesthetic print and digital assets aimed at architects and interior designers.
We’re looking for a skilled designer who can confidently manage the differing demands of both brands, blending creativity with precision.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
* Develop and execute visual assets for conversion driven performance ads, campaigns, social media, newsletters, product launches, and sales materials
* Create on-brand graphics, illustrations, layouts, and animations across digital and print channels
* Support photo and video production (e.g. art direction, editing)
* Together with our Brand Director, you own and develop the mute-labs and Berlin Acoustics brand, making sure to evolve our brand identities as we grow
* Evolve and maintain our brand design systems, ensuring consistency and creative integrity
* Collaborate closely with customer service, product, and sales to turn ideas into high-quality deliverables
* Stay on top of visual trends, competitors, and creative tools to keep our brand fresh and inspiring
YOUR PROFILE
* 3–4+ years of experience in graphic, brand or marketing design
* A strong portfolio that shows experience with developing performance content, a sharp eye for layout (print + digital), color, typography, and storytelling -> Please add your portfolio to your application, we can only consider applications with a portfolio attached
* Excellent command of tools like Adobe Creative Suite (especially Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, After Effects) and Figma
* Extensive experience creating visuals (still and video) for paid media, organic social, print and overall marketing collateral
* Must: motion design, video editing, and illustration skills. Bonus: photography
* Detail-oriented, creative thinker with a clear understanding of how design drive communication
* Fluent in English (German is a plus)
