About the Role:
Hudson RPO is seeking a multilingual Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in support of a global manufacturing client In this fully remote role, you will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment across multiple regions, partnering with hiring managers and stakeholders to attract and secure top talent.
You will be supporting a high-performing recruitment team where fluency in German, Turkish, and English is essential to effectively engage candidates and stakeholders across regions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job briefing to offer stage
* Partner with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to understand role requirements and hiring needs
* Proactively source and engage talent using various tools and platforms
* Screen and assess candidates to ensure strong matches for roles
* Coordinate interviews, feedback, and offers
* Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the recruitment process
Requirements:
* Fluency in German, Turkish, and English (written and spoken)
* Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably within RPO or in-house environments
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
* Experience working in a multinational or remote team environment
* Ability to manage multiple requisitions and adapt to changing priorities
* Prior experience recruiting in the manufacturing or industrial sector is a plus
