YOUR JOB
10. As an all-round employee, you really need to be a true all-rounder: we are looking for a highly motivated person who has no problem taking on different shifts such as reception, bar or restaurant.
Your primary area of responsibility will be the reception/bar area - that means:
11. As Guest Relations Officer, you are responsible for the check-in and check-out of our guests behind the reception desk or in the lobby.
12. To ensure our guests feel comfortable at a&o, you take care of their needs and answer their questions.
13. At the bar you serve hot and cold drinks and snacks, and prepare snacks and cocktails.
During your restaurant shifts, you are responsible for:
14. The timely preparation of the breakfast, lunch or dinner buffet
15. Ensuring our guests are satisfied and that hygiene standards are always maintained.
YOUR PROFILE
16. You are a registered student (m/f/d) with a valid certificate of enrollment.
17. You enjoy interacting with guests and you show that at any time of day or night.
18. You demonstrate an independent work style, a high level of commitment, and teamwork skills.
19. Your German and English skills are at B2 level – we welcome any additional languages you speak.
