We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Global Mobility Specialist in Germany to support us with the mobility program.

Main Responsibilities
* Collaborate with local vendors on mobility matters in Germany and other Europe countries, to drive seamless delivery on various mobility practices including, but not limited to onboarding/off-boarding, visa, payroll, income tax, system administration.
* Ensure the client satisfaction and be their point of contact for escalation of issues related to international mobility.
* Work Closely with others in the global mobility team for information sourcing and documenting
* Ensure accuracy and frequent updates of the professionals' personal information, in compliance with our privacy policies.
* Any other supporting tasks required.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree or above.
* Native German speaker and fluent English. Any other language proficiency is a plus.
* About 2-years work experience in HR or B2B Services delivery.
* Basic knowledge of HR policies and regulations in Germany and other Europe countries or willing to learn.
* Adaptable and collaborative, able to work with diverse groups of people at all levels in multiple countries. Ability to multitask, prioritize and drive short turnaround times.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills. Agile and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
