In this exciting and versatile role, you will take on the following responsibilities:
1. Independent management of construction projects while considering economic and technical objectives
2. Coordination of the design process in construction projects
3. Optimization of designs and plans
4. Involvement in the acquisition of contracts and customer relationship management
5. Negotiations with clients, planners, and subcontractors
6. Staff deployment planning and leadership of project and site managers as well as design coordinatorsActing as the primary contact and advisor for our clients
Qualifikationen
7. A successfully completed degree in Electrical Engineering and/or Building Services Engineering (HVAC). Alternatively, you have completed a master craftsperson qualification or are a state-certified technician.
8. Several years of relevant professional experience in MEP, construction, or project management, particularly in turnkey projects
9. Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to structure processes
10. Independent, committed, and systematic working style combined with negotiation skills
11. A proactive, entrepreneurial approach, commitment, initiative, and strong team spirit
12. Extensive process and method knowledge, and a willingness to learn and grow with us
