Personalreferent (m/w/d)
We are looking for a HR Professional who can provide expert advice and support to our leadership team and designated employees on all personnel-related matters.
The tasks include:
* Consultation and support of executives and a designated group of employees on personnel-related issues
* Implementation of personnel measures within the scope of care from hiring to departure
* Implementation of the recruitment process (screening and evaluation of incoming applications as well as conducting interviews)
* Treatment of administrative personnel matters (e.g. creation of employment contracts and certificates, implementation of the onboarding process, etc.)
* Active shaping of personnel economic projects and special topics for the further development of HR processes
Anforderungen
* Bachelor's degree in business administration with a focus on personnel and initial practical experience in personnel management or commercial vocational training with several years of experience in personnel management
* Good instinct for situations and people, high empathy and excellent communication skills
* High service orientation and proactive, independent working method
* Proficient handling of common MS-Office applications, SAP knowledge is desirable
* Interest in current personnel topics, HR trends and digital transformation
