What You’ll Be Doing
Lead and coach our Project Managers, ensuring strong performance, consistency, and operational excellence across all projects.
Oversee project planning, revenue tracking per project, and support revenue forecasting efforts.
Handle client escalations and serve as a trusted, strategic partner for our clients.
️ Participate in key client meetings and ensure clear, effective communication across teams.
Drive process improvement initiatives to streamline how our project teams work.
Support hiring activities within the PM team.
Ensure smooth operations across all projects, stepping in proactively when challenges arise or when additional leadership is needed.
What We Are Looking For
Experience:
* Strong background in Project Operations, Project Management, or a similar leadership role
* Proven people-management experience: coaching, performance management, and supporting team growth
* Demonstrated success in client-facing roles and managing escalations
Skills:
* Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills
* Strong operational mindset: planning, forecasting, and tracking revenue
* Ability to bring structure, clarity, and consistency into fast-growing environments
Mindset:
A self-starter with strong ownership, the ability to be firm when needed (“the bad cop”), and a collaborative spirit that elevates the entire team.
