About this Position
What you´ll do
* Support the Global Total Rewards team in managing the annual compensation cycles
* Conduct benchmarking and market research on compensation practices
* Develop engaging communication about our compensation cycles
* Support in the preparation of diverse projects in collaboration with other Global HR areas
* Assist in regular reporting to ensure high data quality
What makes you a good fit
* Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, HR or related field
* Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
* Proven expertise MS Office, especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint
* Interest in HR systems such as Workday or SAP SuccessFactors
* Ability to interpret and analyze compensation data
* Passion for HR and compensation topics
* Creative mindset combined with analytical thinking and a passion for continuous improvement
* Availability as of January 2026 for ideally 6 months to gain valuable hands-on experience

We offer you an attractive salary between € 1.050-2.270. The exact amount of the remuneration depends on the desired duration, the type of internship (voluntary or mandatory) and existing degrees.
