DX Practice Sales Director - Manufacturing domain - M/W/D
We are seeking a dynamic Practice Engagement Manager/Director to join the Digital Experience Business in Germany. This role thrives at the intersection of creativity, technology, data, and AI, with a proven track record of driving business value from digital engagements in the Manufacturing industry.
Responsibilities
* Sales Planning and Market Development: Collaborate with the Digital Business Head to create realistic sales plans and participate in events and conferences to support revenue growth.
* Customer Prospecting and Opportunity Identification: Provide prospecting help to Industry Sales teams and navigate accounts to identify various deal opportunities.
* Proposal Development and Negotiation: Partner with Industry Sales and other Digital Centers of Excellence to develop proposals, drive client consensus, and articulate business value.
* Account Management: Anchor Digital Business contribution in the account plan, conduct periodic reviews, and expand the Digital Business footprint in accounts.
* Relationship Management: Handle customer concerns, set up meetings, and recommend engagements that benefit both the client and Digital Business.
* People Management: Mentor Digital account team and work with Delivery Managers to provide development feedback.
Qualifications and Skills
Skills: Strong understanding of digital marketing and e-commerce domains, knowledge of outsourcing business, financial analysis, statistical analysis, and effective communication skills.
Additional Requirements: Experience in Business/IT Consulting and experience in the local market.
