The Role
You will be responsible for developing and executing a monthly trading plan campaign strategy, ensuring alignment with seasonal trends and key topics, optimising for KPI’s such as ROAS, CPA, and conversion.
* Lead monthly trading campaign strategy.
* Manage and optimise CRM campaigns (email and print), driving personalisation and effectiveness (and manage the Senior CRM Manager).
* Develop, test and execute META advertising campaigns (with an internal media buyer).
* Implement structured A / B testing strategies to enhance campaigns and engagement.
* Monitor and analyse performance metrics.
The skillset below is needed, but this business puts a big focus on people and attitude – if you’re hungry, have a growth mindset, want to make an impact - that will go a long way!
* Experience in a DTC business (ideally in the FMCG / beauty space).
* Experience with digital media buying is essential.
* Proven success in Meta advertising, with case studies showcasing ROAS and CPA improvements.
* Strong expertise in campaign strategy, A / B testing, and performance marketing.
* Experience in CRM, including email marketing and print campaigns.
* Data-driven mindset, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
* Excellent project management and organizational skills, with a hands-on, results-oriented approach.
* Strong analytical skills with experience in tracking, reporting, and optimizing marketing performance, whilst having previous experience in working with Asana, Tableau is a plus.
