HIAB is seeking a motivated Service Sales Representative to serve customers by selling service products that meet their needs, while supporting dealers in building their sales pipeline and assisting service partners and customers with service and maintenance contracts, as well as active parts sales. 
This position will be based in Central/East Germany.
Main tasks and responsibilities
 1. Drive revenue growth in services through targeted selling and support
 2. Use installed base data to hunt for new Services Products customers (e.g. Accessories, Parts, Contracts)
 3. Proactively develop your dealers, service partners, and other chosen customers
 4. Drive Service Network performance based on service sales and installed base in that region
 5. Consult dealers and service partners related to Services campaigns
 6. Manage and supervise the local service network in cooperation with business line sales team and dealers
 7. Support sales dep. in terms of maintenance service and all other service offerings, accessories sales and ProCare Maintenance contract offering
 8. Working in close cooperation and support with central services to align campaigns and performance measurements of service partners and dealers
 9. Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of dealers and also competition
 10. Support yearly target agreements and marketing plan with dealer and monitor their forecast
 11. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
 12. Audit dealers and service providers to ensure compliance with Hiab policies regarding stock targets, marketing, and competitive offerings
What you’ll need to succeed
 13. Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, economics or related field or similar qualification
 14. Industrial sales representative 
 15. 3-5yrs experience in service sales or industrial goods sales in the automotive or agricultural industry 
 16. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
 17. Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with customers
 18. Experience using computers for a variety of tasks
 19. Competency in Google applications including Slides, Sheets, Docs and GMail
 20. Customer Service mindset, Motivation for Sales and Closing Skills
 21. (Basic) business understanding and knowledge of KPI and customer success criteria
 22. Fluency in English, other languages are advantageous
 23. Competitive and “challenger” type sales
