Head of IT and Digitalization (m/f/d)
Your mission: You don't just want to manage systems, but also shape the future? As Head of IT and Digitalization, you will take on strategic and operational responsibility for our IT and digitalization landscape and become a key driver (m/f/d) of our digital transformation. You will impress us with your professional expertise, strategic vision and team spirit.
Your tasks
* You play an active role: You develop and implement our IT and digitization strategy in line with our corporate goals and coordinate with the department and management to this end
* You recognize opportunities: You identify and implement innovative IT solutions to automate processes, open up new opportunities and ensure our performance. In doing so, you also consistently focus on the potential applications of artificial intelligence
* You build bridges: You act as an interface between the IT team and our specialist departments and work with them to drive forward the continuous development of our company
* You network skills: You design a service-oriented IT landscape, take responsibility for IT security, data protection and application management and ensure reliable system operation
* You are a key player: you manage and support central projects from selection to successful implementation
* You see potential: you promote talent and lead your team with appreciation, inspiration and a modern understanding of leadership
Your profile
* Your degree: You have successfully completed a Master's degree in computer science, business informatics or a comparable qualification in a STEM subject
* Your passion: You have several years of experience in the "IT world" with complex digitization projects, ERP/CRM implementations and the development of powerful, stable IT structures and are open to possible open source strategies
* Your skills: You are a modern, team-oriented leader with an interdisciplinary mindset, strong communication skills, empathy, decisiveness and a hands-on mentality
* Your method: You combine strategic thinking, strong implementation skills and flexibility with an understanding of processes and technology
* Your approach: You are characterized by openness - also for different technological solutions -, integrity and commitment
