(Junior) Solution Architect Retail (m/f/d)

We are looking for a motivated professional to join our Solution Architecture team in the Omnichannel space within Digital & IT, with a focus on our Retail Ecosystem. Our Retail stores are face of our brand. Having a good Retail ecosystem combined with a great consumer experience results in a good conversion not only to the Retail Space but also towards our online channels.
Areas of Responsibilities:
1. Deliver the Omnichannel Retailing roadmap in close collaboration with the Retail Operations Team and the Omnichannel OTC & Services Team.
2. Lead the rollout of Retail Store openings from an IT perspective in collaboration with the Project Manager, and deliver the IT changes in Time and Quality
3. Implementation, operational support and continuous improvements around the Retail Applications including, Point of Sale Hardware and Software, Endless Aisles, Clienteling and Event Management, Omnichannel Applications for Ship From Store and Click & Collect, RFID Applications etc.
4. Liaise with external providers and collaborate with internal resources in all relevant areas
5. Improve security & Retail business continuity strategies
6. Drive Retail roadmap enhancements from scratch in collaboration with Retail, PMO, IT, and Digital
Profile of Qualifications:
7. 3-5 years of overall corporate experience for a Junior Role or 6-8 years of experience for a Solution Architect role.
8. Strong knowledge of modern application architectures and commercial software used across Retail
9. Working experience in Retail Applications, especially Point of Sale Systems. Experience in any of the additional applications listed in the “Areas of Responsibilities” is an advantage.
10. Knowledge of SAP and Salesforce Ecosystem is highly advantageous.
11. Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment while prioritizing and managing multiple responsibilities
12. A proactive and tenacious can-do attitude to unblock issues and ensure progress
13. Ability to successfully facilitate collaboration across multiple functions, departments, and levels
14. Fluent in English and willingness to travel (Around %)
Please note that this position is highly specific to the solutions for our Retail Stores and hence any IT experience within the Retail space is highly advantageous.
