With a mission of driving superior efficiency and sustainability for global supply chains through technology, the company aims to become the world’s most trusted supply chain infrastructure service provider.As Human Resources Administrator, you will support HR functions within a warehouse setting, including recruitment, onboarding, and ensuring HR compliance. You will handle administrative tasks related to HR, such as managing employee records and payroll information.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the primary point of contact for employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and services.Manage HR administration across the full employee lifecycle.Ensure smooth onboarding and offboarding processes.Assist with benefits administration and payroll processing.Coordinate with external service providers for HR-related services.Monitor and evaluate supplier performance and address service issues.Support recruitment efforts.Maintain HR systems and ensure employee records are accurate and up to date.Minimum Qualifications2+ years of HR administrative or support experience in logistics, supply chain, warehouse, or storage-related companies in Europe.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Fluent in English.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.Good knowledge of employment law (German or French laws) and its application in operational settings.What We OfferA dynamic, challenging work environment in a leading global e-commerce company.Career progression in a fast-growing start-up environment.The opportunity to work with a diverse international team and impact JD.com's global presence.JD.com is committed to diversity and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
