Braun Group, we are looking for a motivated and committed student (m/f/d) for the summer semester 2026 in the Group Digital Department to complete their thesis (Bachelor's or Master's) in the Product Security Office. Tasks and Responsibilities: Work on a topic that contributes to patient health Conduct a detailed analysis of existing standards and concepts Develop a reusable security concept for medical devices as the main topic of your thesis Systematically select the most promising solution approach Implement the concept on actual reference hardware Competences: Bachelor’s or Master’s studies in (technical) computer science, electrical engineering or cyber security Interest and experience in embedded systems Interest and experience in cyber security and applied cryptography Knowledge on embedded operating systems, especially Linux and/or Zephyr You are fluent in English, both written and spoken, with a level of B2 or higher.
