Office Management Opportunity
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our office.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
Job Description:
* Manage office operations, including reception, mail handling, switchboard, and general office organization.
* SUPPORT facility management, including coordination of external service providers (e.g. craftsmen, cleaning, recycling, suppliers)
* Manage office supplies, equipment, and access control systems.
* Organize meetings and company events.
* SUPPORT procurement and accounting (purchasing and invoice processing).
* Organize and manage guest apartments.
* Ensure the proper condition of office spaces (regular floor walks).
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Completed vocational training in office communication, office management, or a comparable qualification.
* Professional experience in office/facility management or the hospitality industry.
* Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken.
* Strong organizational skills, quick comprehension, and a hands-on mentality.
* Proficient in MS Office.
* High service orientation, friendliness, and team spirit.
* A willingness to work in an environment that involves regular movement within the building.
