We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Business Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing existing accounts, and building long-term relationships with key stakeholders in the data center sector and other industries where UPS systems are required across Europe.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Identification and development of new business opportunities, management of existing accounts, and building up long-term relationships with key stakeholders in the data center sector as well as other industries where UPS systems are required across Europe
* Promotion and sales of our Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) systems
* Technical guidance and expertise to clients, ensuring the UPS systems are configured to meet their operational needs and future growth plans
* Continuous competitor monitoring and industry trend analysis, including market developments and emerging technologies
* Monthly sales reporting to the management
About You:
We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in sales and business development, preferably with a focus on technical solutions for data centers, electrical infrastructure or similar sectors. A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Business, Marketing or a related field is essential, and minimum of 10 years of experience in B2B sales is required. Technical background or certifications in UPS systems, power management and/or energy solutions would be considered a plus.
