Your role What you'll be doing What We Need Corpay is currently looking to hire an Office Administrator (Mini-Job) within our Fleetcor Deutschland GmbH division. This position falls under our Fuel & Fleet Payments line of business, located in Nurnberg, Germany. In this role, you will be assisting with the day-to-day management of the office premises. In this role, you will be reporting to the Senior Facilities Manager. How We Work As an Office Administrator, you will be expected to work a total of 9 hours per week over 2 days in an onsite environment. Corpay will set you up for success by providing: Assigned workspace in office Company-issued equipment Formal, hands-on training Role Responsibilities Managing and maintaining a sufficient level of office supplies. Including consumables, products, and stationery. Ensuring the property, with specific reference to communal areas, are kept clean/tidy. Liaising with suppliers, processing invoices/payments and managing office expenses Meet/greet external visitors, signing them into the site and issuing/managing temporary security key fobs. Prepare meeting rooms in advance of all external visitor appointments. Coordinate orders for catering requirements and distribute to meetings. Liaising with trades, contractors and suppliers to administer required works. Managing and scheduling annual reviews, as part of legal requirements Assist with the management and implementation of fire and first aid procedures and policies.
