About the Role We're now looking for an Account Executive to join our DACH team – focusing on the critical infrastructure sectors : finance and insurance energy and water transport and traffic telecommunications and private IT service providers Pexip has a vision to strengthen Germany’s critical infrastructure (KRITIS ) with sovereign and resilient European solutions for mission-critical communication and collaboration. The role is mainly focused on the Germany market but will also cover the Swiss and Austrian markets (DACH). Pexip serves customers operating in highly regulated sectors such as defense, government, and critical infrastructures, as well as private organizations with strict data protection needs. About You We’re looking for someone who is truly motivated to strengthen Germany’s critical infrastructure sectors with secure communication and collaboration solutions. You are structured, keen on details, curious, and collaborative—and you thrive in a fast-paced environment. You’re not afraid to challenge and contribute with ideas. You seek accountability for your area of responsibility. You are commercially driven and able to balance progress with long sales cycles. You are willing to actively engage in KRITIS-related trade fairs and think hubs. Further, you have the ability to engage with Pexip partners that specialize on KRITIS customers. About the Team You’ll be part of a specialized, collaborative, and solution-oriented team based in Germany. We work closely with teams across sales, product, and operations, and we value trust, transparency, and teamwork. The role reports to Country Manager DACH. Your Day-to-Day: Pipeline generation via strong existing customer network, trusted advisership to high-level customer stakeholders, thought leadership via field activities (e.g., via participation at trade fairs and think hubs), and engagement with strategic Pexip partners that focus on KRITIS sectors Closing sales opportunities/projects with large and complex customers with 6 months sales cycles via proactive high-touch sales and in tandem with our strategic Pexip partners Help maintain a positive, supportive, and engaging team culture What you’ll bring: Bachelor or Master’s degree in Business Informatics, Business Management, Business Administration, Informatics or similar business- or IT-related apprenticeship 5 years in IT sales, consulting, or similar pre-sales roles within the enterprise sales segment, preferrable with focus on KRITIS sectors, with a proven track record of consultative selling of enterprise software, collaboration solutions, or high-tech to large organizations Passion for technology and cyber security Excellent communication skills in German and English We hope this opportunity sparks your interest and we look forward to receiving your application by January 10, 2026 In Pexip we strive to: Put people and culture first in everything we do.
