The German Cardiac Surgery Operating Unit is split into two teams. The Heart Surgical Therapies (HST) team and the Extracorporeal Therapies team (ECT). This role will focus solely on the HST product portfolio to include Surgical Valves, Annuloplasty, AF treatment product lines. For this role you will be expected to live in the greater Frankfurt a. Main area to cover the middle west of Germany. Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned: Direct sales responsibilities for the Thu00fcringen & Middle East Territory to achieve agreed AOP (Annual Operating Plan) targets, and increasing market share in Surgical Valve Replacement, Surgical Valves Repair and Atrial Fibrillation products. Building strong ethical business relationships with customers to ensure usage of our products and gain greater market share, leading through clinical selling. Lead with multiple stakeholders selling activities within the territory and identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts as assigned. Working mainly in the Theatre environment supporting and advising Surgeons and theatre personnel. Present, in-service and sell products and services to current and potential clients. Prepare presentations, proposals and sales contracts. Collaborate with local marketing to execute on national marketing objectives Use Account Planning tools to develop and execute account strategies, tactics and actions - CRM database. Required Knowledge and Experience: Previous measurable sales experience Strong presentation and negotiation skills Excellent interpersonal skills Excellent communication skills both written and verbal Business fluent German skills and good/very good English skills Full, Clean driving licence We prefer if you hold Bacheloru2019s or Advanced university degree. Also, we would prefer if you had previous cardiac surgery/cardiovascular sales experience or similar, experience working within hospitals sales and experience in theatre.
