Your tasks at x1F
* Develop: With your deep understanding of the FSI industry, you will identify market potential and shape our sales approaches around data management, analytics and modern data platforms, and strategically expand existing customer relationships.
* Positioning: You can confidently place topics such as data integration, BI, modern data architectures and platforms like Snowflake, Databricks, Microsoft Fabric or SAP BDC with decision-makers.
* Responsibilities: You manage the offer processes in the areas of Data Management, Data Platform and BI Development – from the initial needs assessment to the final negotiation.
* Leading: You manage data and analytics projects in the FSI area, control time, budget and quality, and keep the communication between customer and team clear and effective.
* Networking: Together with other x1F units, you will develop integrated end-to-end offerings. You will interlink data connectivity, integration, reporting, analytics, as well as platform and architecture into a coherent overall picture.
* Representation: You present yourself confidently in client meetings, steering committees and at events.
* Collaboration: Our experienced internal network of experts supports you with presales, concepts, and demos. Delivery and sales work closely together, allowing you to design projects holistically.
These are the skills you bring with you
* Industry experience: Several years of sound experience in the FSI environment with a robust network at banks, insurance companies or financial services companies.
* Professional expertise: In-depth understanding of data management, analytics, and modern data platforms.
* Project management : Proven experience in leading complex projects.
* Sales expertise: Successful work in a customer- and market-oriented role, such as in consulting, presales, business development or sales with a delivery focus.
* Technology skills: Expertise in at least one platform: Snowflake, Databricks, Microsoft Fabric or SAP BDC.
* Language skills: Fluent German and English.
* Flexibility: High adaptability to changing customer projects, topics and framework conditions.
