We are looking for you to join us as Delivery Manager (m/f/d) full time.

Your tasks include:
1. Customer delivery.
Guarantee the operational performance. Ensure the quality of the deliverables produced by your team, manage contractual changes, anticipate drift and contribute to the development of our services.
2. Build a relationship of trust.
Develop a trusting relationship with our customers. Advise your clients to improve their project management practices and guarantee their satisfaction.
3. Team Management.
Lead your team of consultants to success. Unite your team around common goals and ensure their increased skills, while challenging them on their practices as specialist consultants.

WHO ARE YOU?
13. Completed master degree with a technical-industrial focus or comparable areas
14. Professional fluency in English and fluent in German (min. B2)
15. more than 2 years of experience in the industry, project management or management consulting
16. Management and leadership experience
17. Knowledge in PM tools and methods
18. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
19. Team player and international mindset
