Job Responsibilities:
1. Pre sales support: Based on customer needs, provide laser technology solutions;
2. After sales support: Provide installation, debugging, training, maintenance and other services for customer equipment through on-site or remote support;
3. Training management: Train dealer customer service personnel to master basic service skills and techniques;
4. Quality management: Identify defects in product design, manufacturing, packaging, transportation, etc., and promote product quality improvement;
5. Value information mining: providing value information and improvement solutions for product iteration and innovation, material selection, production and manufacturing, packaging and transportation, and other links.
Qualifications for the position:
1. Educational and professional requirements: Bachelor's degree or above; Mechanical manufacturing, electrical automation, optoelectronic and related majors are preferred;
2. Work experience requirement: Industry experience in fiber laser equipment is preferred
3. Language requirement: Proficient in spoken English/German
4. Other requirements: Based on the company's business needs, experience is preferred
