Title: Executive assistant to Chairman and CEOEmployment Type: Full-timeAbout CompanyAs a medium-sized industrial and power plant cleaning company, that have made it their mission to clean facilities professionally, reliably and without disrupting your production processes.Role OverviewAs an Executive Assistant, you will serve as a key support partner to the Founder, who also holds the roles of Chairman and CEO. You will help manage his day-to-day priorities, including scheduling, travel arrangements, communications, and administrative tasks. A central part of the role is ensuring that his time is used effectively and that operations run seamlessly often by anticipating needs before they arise.The position requires flexibility, a proactive mindset, and a willingness to travel frequently while being focused on administrative and organizational responsibilities. The Chairman currently does not have any support so this role will be an essential part of his strategy going forward.The Chairman travels extensively within Germany for client meetings and events, and the company also has an active real estate project in Turkey, requiring approximately three to four trips per year. The ideal candidate will not only manage logistics but also confidently represent the Chairman in meetings and, when necessary, take the lead.Key Responsibilities· Provide high-level administrative and organizational support to a senior leader.· Manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, and ensure efficient scheduling.· Organize domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, and logistics.· Prepare briefing documents, reports, and PowerPoint presentations.· Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and confidentiality.· Liaise with internal departments, external partners, and stakeholders professionally.· Prioritize tasks and communications, ensuring urgent matters are addressed promptly.· Support project coordination and follow-up on key action points.Requirements· Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar high-level support role.· Excellent organizational and time management skills, with strong attention to detail.· Fluent in German, both spoken and written English and Turkish a plus.· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and modern collaboration tools (e.g. MS Teams, Zoom, etc.).· Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and maintain composure under pressure.· Professionalism, reliability, and a strong sense of integrity.· Willingness and ability to travel regularly across Germany and occasionally abroad.What is Offered· Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.· A high-impact role supporting leadership at a strategic level.· A collaborative and fast-paced work environment.· Compensation and salary will be discussedJob Type: Full-timePay: 5.000,00€ ,00€ per monthApplication Question(s):Are you aware this role is based in Bedburg and you will be required to work onsite?There will be around 20% travel within Germany and 3 or 4 times a year internationally for business.
