Then we look forward to receiving your application.Job DescriptionIn your new role your tasks will be:Identifying of Technical Market Trends, as well as of Customer- and Application Requirements for target applications and translation of them into Product Requirements for power modulesPerforming of early Concept Estimations for innovative product designs as central interface to our advanced engineering and in close collaboration with our global customers from a variety of applications like EV Charging, Renewable Energy generation, AI Datacenter Power or Motor invertersEstimating the expected product performance by electrical- and thermal simulations under customer related application conditions and verifying the performance in application-related prototype testsSupporting to drive the product line strategy for new technologies like GaN, SiC and SiC JFET by technical investigations and competitor analysis in collaboration with our technology experts and our product marketing teamActing as “internal customer” in strategic development teams to track and ensure that the development status is in line with the market and customer needs and triggering of corrective actions, if neededPublication of new products or technology features (e.g. by giving trainings/ creation of papers/ conferences) and Infineon internal know-how shareYour ProfileWith this position you will be entering our „technical ladder”: our career path for experts.
