Your tasks
?
1. As a Master's student (m/w/d), you will develop an innovative method for calculating "familiarity scores" to improve the diversification of the data collected by taking into account less preferred infrastructure characteristics.
2. You will integrate these values into our existing routing engine and implement an advanced cost function that considers familiarity as a dynamic factor.
3. Your task will also include investigating the impact of this integration on routing decisions and data diversity.
4. Finally, you will perform a performance analysis of the chosen computational strategy, especially with regard to efficiency and scalability for large trajectory data.
Your profile?
5. You are studying computer science, geoinformatics, automotive engineering or a comparable course of study and have a sound knowledge of C++.
6. Ideally, you have experience with routing engines such as Valhalla and in handling card data.
7. You are characterized by an analytical mindset, initiative and the ability to solve complex problems in a structured way.
8. Enthusiasm for autonomous driving and data optimization as well as very good German and English skills round off your profile.
