Position Overview
We are seeking a Customer Service Specialist based in Germany to support our hospital customers during early-stage market development.
This role combines customer service, coordination, and on-site support, requiring close interaction with clinical users and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as the primary contact person for assigned hospitals in Germany
* Provide day-to-day customer support, including handling inquiries, issues, and service requests
* Coordinate internally with sales, clinical, and technical teams to ensure timely resolution of customer needs
* Support on-site activities such as product setup, basic troubleshooting, and service coordination
* Assist with training sessions, demonstrations, and clinical support activities when needed
* Maintain regular communication with hospital stakeholders (surgeons, nurses, procurement, etc.)
* Track and document customer feedback, service cases, and follow-up actions
* Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and relationship management
Requirements
* German speaker; fluent in English (mandatory)
* Previous experience in medical devices / surgical equipment / healthcare industry is required
* Experience in customer service, customer support, or hospital-facing roles
* Comfortable working in hospital environments
* Strong communication and coordination skills
* Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently
* Willingness to travel within Munich and Münster regions
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience supporting capital equipment (e.g., surgical systems, imaging, robotics, etc.)
* Familiarity with operating room workflows
Basic technical understanding of medical devices
