Requirements
Must have:
- Proven experience with SAP, for example as a Key User, SAP user, or in SAP support - Knowledge of SAP MM, SD, FI/CO, or EWM is desirable - Confident handling of system-driven processes - English or German language skills at least at B1 level - Willingness to work a two-shift schedule (early and late shifts)
Responsibilities:
- Provide 1st and 2nd level support for SAP users in logistics and warehouse operations - Analyze and resolve system issues and review postings in SAP MM, SD, or EWM - Process support tickets and escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments - Maintain master data and user authorizations; support SAP testing and process improvements - Assist daily operations such as goods receipt, picking, and inventory postings

We are offering an opportunity for IT Support (m/f/d) SAP in Halberstadt. In this role, you will ensure seamless operations by providing critical 1st and 2nd level SAP support. We offer a competitive pay rate of €17.65 per hour with the potential to earn up to €2,676 gross per month based on a full-time 35-hour week.
