Job Description:
Join our dynamic team at Infineon Technologies Munich office and play a key role in Customer Enablement & Support (CES) for the business line Microcontrollers. As a leader in CES Technical Marketing, you will work alongside a global, motivated team to help our customers achieve their goals. We seek a highly motivated individual with extensive experience in leading technical teams or project management with line management experience. You will oversee a team of application engineers, act as the key interface for FAE/PAE team management for NAFTA, own the Functional Safety within CES, and collaborate with R&D to align on new features.
* Support product lines PSOC, Traveo, and AURIX
* Own Safety in CES
* Execute Application Notes, Evaluation Boards, and Training Materials as per roadmaps
* Coordinate support demands with Germany & AMR Regions FAE/SAE team and external partners
* Manage Community Support and Ticketing System for Germany & AMR
* Coach and enable regional FAE and L1 teams
* Ensure Design-In for P2S activities with other Business Lines
* Transfer Use Case Knowledge including SW/HW/Tooling to R&D/PEW/MED
* Promote digitalization and improve efficiency
* Implement improvements from support Q&A to next-gen products
* Contribute to Quality Improvement Program for Customer Documentation
* Ensure technical alignment of new features with R&D
Ideal candidates will have:
* A degree in Electrical Engineering or similar
* At least 8 years’ experience in the semiconductor industry with broad, global R&D, marketing, application engineering, and product management experience
* Understanding of ATV applications and their impact on Microcontrollers, with expertise in Safety
* Extensive people management experience
* Full professional management and team leadership skills, including planning, performance, and salary management
* Knowledge of contribution to business objectives, cost structures, and development processes including ISO standards
* Fluent English communication skills; German is a plus
