What can you expectWe are looking for a creative and hands-on Social Media Manager (m/f/d) to join our team in Munich. You will own our social media presence and help us build meaningful partnerships with brands and influencers.
- Plan, create and publish content across Instagram and other relevant channels
- Manage community interactions — responding to comments, DMs, and fostering genuine engagement
- Develop a consistent content calendar aligned with product launches, campaigns and seasonal moments
- Monitor performance metrics and translate insights into actionable content improvements
- Maintain and develop the brand voice across all platforms
- Identify and approach creators whose aesthetic and values align with the Motel a Miio brand
- Execute campaigns, collaborations and influencers partnerships end to end
Your profile
- French is your native language and you have a natural feel for words, culture and community
- You are fluent in English and enjoy working in an international environment, German language skills are a plus
- You are based in Munich and excited to be part of a growing lifestyle brand
- You have gained at least 2 years of experience in Social Media, Marketing, Influencer Marketing or a similar creative field
- Instagram and TikTok are platforms you genuinely enjoy and understand beyond trends and algorithms
Nice to have
- Basic photo and video editing skills (CapCut, Canva, Lightroom or similar)
- You thrive in a small, fast-paced team environment, take ownership of your work, and enjoy getting things done hands-on
