Start date: 01.09.2025
Duration: 12 – 24 Months
Working hours: 20 h/week, up to 37,5h/week during lecture free period possible
You'll support the Operations Governance Team with the following tasks:
* Supporting QA sensory experts to execute product compliance activities (sensory, FFU, legal compliance and benchmarking checks)
* Supporting to manage the sensory facilities e.g. kitchen, storage room and sensory rooms
* Maintain quality database/ specification database
* Supporting on reporting/ admin tasks e.g. QA Master data and digital tools (MQuality / EyeQuestion)
* Cross-check and validation of data between different internal systems
* Data collection and analysis with the use of Microsoft Excel / internal IT solutions
* Development and maintenance of training materials
* Support in updating QA documents / procedures
Qualifications
* Enrolled student or PhD student in food science, food chemistry, nutrition sciences or food technology
* Computer experienced (MSOffice, especially Excel)
* Experience in Product Analysis and Sensory analysis
* Ability to work on multiple projects at one time, flexible and detail oriented
* Self-directed with ability to ask questions, investigate, and follow-up
* Team orientation
* Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
