Job Summary: As a Process Consultant, you will support customers in the successful implementation and operational use of the Across Language Server. Your focus will be on consulting, process optimization, customer onboarding, and training. This hybrid role requires strong communication skills, deep understanding of translation and localization workflows, and a structured, service-oriented approach. Job Description: As a Process Consultant, you will guide and support customers in the implementation and use of the Across Language Server. You will provide structured consulting on process optimization, best practices, and product configuration aligned to the customer's business needs. A key focus will be onboarding and training new users, ensuring a smooth and scalable adoption of our solutions. You will support presales activities and contribute to proof-of-concept phases, as well as assist with updates, migrations, and rollout planning. While not a technical role, you will closely collaborate with technical consultants and account managers to deliver a seamless customer experience. You will also support internal teams with documentation, feedback loops, and process improvements from the field. Fluency in German (native level) and strong English skills (at least B2) are required. You are communicative, solution-oriented, organized, and confident working in a hybrid setup (remote/on-site in Karlsbad). Worker Type: Regular Number of Openings Available: 1
