Your Responsibilities
* Office Organization: Manage office materials, scheduling, and overall administrative processes to ensure smooth daily operations.
* Dispatch of Marketing Materials: Coordinate shipment and stock management of marketing and promotional materials.
* Day-to-Day Business Support: Act as the first point of contact for internal and external inquiries, ensuring timely and professional responses.
* Meetings & Events: Organize and support office meetings, workshops, and events.
* Vendor & Partner Management: Communicate and coordinate with service providers, landlords, and external partners.
* International Interface: Serve as the link between the Düsseldorf office, international teams, and the head office in Shanghai on matters of accounting, administration, and coordination.
Your Profile
* Degree in Business Administration, Humanities, Office Management, or a comparable field.
* Initial professional experience in office management, assistance, or administration is desirable.
* Strong written and spoken German & Mandarin and good English skills;
* Confident use of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
* Highly organized, proactive, and reliable, with a hands-on mentality.
* Strong communication skills and a professional, friendly demeanor.
