Technical Sales Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Professional to join our team. As a key member of our sales force, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our industry.


Job Description

The ideal candidate will be a talented individual with a strong technical foundation and excellent communication skills. They will be responsible for guiding prospects and customers through the buying journey, ensuring that our solutions address their business needs effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

* Partner with the sales team to qualify opportunities and uncover technical requirements.
* Deliver engaging product demonstrations showcasing how our solution addresses customer goals.
* Prepare and deliver tailored proof of concepts and solution workshops demonstrating how our product fits each customer's unique requirements.
* Lead technical discussions guiding prospects through solution architecture, integrations, and best practices.
* Prepare and present proposals, RFP responses, and proof of concepts.
* Build strong relationships with prospects, customers, and partners serving as a trusted advisor to technical and business stakeholders throughout the sales process.
* Gather customer feedback and relay insights to Product Management and Engineering.
* Support enablement activities creating technical documentation and reusable demo assets.
* Represent the company at events, trade fairs, webinars, and workshops.


Requirements

The successful candidate will possess:

* A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
* At least 3 years of experience in technical sales, solution consulting, or similar role.
* Hands-on experience in software development or architecture with a strong technical foundation in modern software development practices and technology.
* Excellent presentation skills engaging both technical and non-technical audiences.
* High level of empathy and curiosity understanding customer needs and pain points.
* Fluent in written and spoken English & German.
