Your mission You will support the execution of operational purchasing processes: order processing, goods receipt, and release for the market. Your tasks also include communicating with international suppliers regarding delivery dates, quantity deviations, and complaints. You ensure data consistency between our ERP system and other files and systems. You are responsible for preparing and maintaining procurement-related documents and reports. You will also assist in the preparation of supplier evaluations and performance analyses. Your role will involve close collaboration with departments such as Quality Management, Logistics, Regulatory Affairs, and others. Your responsibilities will also include performing general administrative tasks in the area of Procurement and Supply Chain Management. Your profile You have a completed commercial apprenticeship. You have analytical thinking skills. You are characterized by a structured, organized, and conscientious approach to your work. You communicate confidently in English; knowledge of other foreign languages is an advantage. You are familiar with all common MS Office applications.
