Your tasks
1. You are responsible for the technical and disciplinary management of the service team in cooperation with regional service colleagues.
2. Close cooperation with the global sales colleagues, which is also including proactive sales for ensuring sustainable growth is an important part of this role.
3. You will safeguard the technical, commercial, and organizational service processes - from customer inquiries to invoicing.
4. In your role, you will be responsible for the strategic and operational development of global service activities.
5. This also includes setting up and supporting regional service networks, training partners and service personnel.
6. You will analyze regional markets, customer requirements and derive measures to improve service quality and customer satisfaction.
Your profile
7. You have a degree in engineering (mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, mechatronics, electrical engineering, or similar) or a comparable qualification with service experience.
8. You have several years of professional experience in an international environment, ideally in mechanical or plant engineering.
9. You are strongly customer- and results-oriented and confident in intercultural environments.
10. You have experience in leading and developing teams.
11. Very good written and spoken English and German are required; other foreign languages are an advantage.
12. A willingness to travel internationally (approx. %) is an asset.
13. Strong communication skills, organizational skills are going in line with sound technical understanding.
