JOB OPENING Title: Planner Location: Kaiserslautern, Germany Start Date: TBD Job-Type: Full-Time, On-Site with Travel Job Summary We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Planners to support the Defense Health Agency (DHA) Healthcare Requirements Analysis (HCRA) study for the Kaiserslautern Military Community (KMC) in Germany. The Planner will assist in regional healthcare system planning, clinical strategy development, and facility master planning. This role involves data analysis, forecasting, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to support the strategic distribution of healthcare services. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture or Engineering — OR — Bachelor’s degree or higher in Healthcare Administration with 10 years of experience in healthcare administration, preferably in the federal sector Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare, preferably in the federal sector Experience in data analytics, population and health management Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills Familiarity with federal healthcare systems and planning methodologies is preferred Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to): Assist in regional healthcare system planning and facility master planning Support clinical strategy and functional/space programming of new or existing facilities Analyze and normalize healthcare data (patient/facility/physician) Forecast future healthcare utilization through trend analysis Present and display data and findings to support client decision-making Develop financial analyses and support strategic planning initiatives Participate in client meetings and present findings persuasively Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support DHA’s healthcare delivery strategy DOCPER/SOFA/Logistical Support Status This position is eligible for support under NATO Status of Forces Agreement (SOFA) supplemental agreement articles 72 or 73.
